What types of payments do you accept?
I accept Paypal, USPS Postal Money Orders and Cashier Checks. Items paid with these forms of payment are processed and ship promptly.
I will accept personal checks with your understanding of the process. After I receive your check it is the deposited. My bank states clearly 14 business days to clear. So if you mail me a check (approximately 3 days mail time, the 14 business days more for your check to clear my bank = 3 - 4 weeks before I will ship.)
I always send email on the day I ship your item so you can know when to expect it.
Do you provide shipping insurance?
Shipping insurance is at an additional fee. I require it on certain items and it is so stated in the description. I do recommend you purchase on the optional items, but that is your choice.
How do you ship?
I ship via USPS Parcel Post when possible to save you money. Due to newer postal charges on packaging sizes this is not always possible. Breakable items always ship USPS Priority Mail as this is why charge are more.
If you have a preference or an account with another company, I will ship through them, but please make arrangements ahead of time.
Do you accept Returns?
As I stated throughout my store, I am downsizing and do not want any returns.
If I miss lead or represent an item, I will accept a return, but only with prior notice.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
